REPORT ON ORDINANCE 14 OF 1897.

An Ordinance for the Naturalization of Ho Mui Sz alias Ho Lin Shing."

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

Ho Mui Sz has resided in this Colony for the last nine years and has declared his intention of residing here permanently.
